Lexington Two will provide free breakfast, lunch at sites and by bus while schools are closed

WEST COLUMBIA, S.C. -- Lexington Two is providing seven days worth of breakfast and lunch meals during weekday distribution at four school sites and by bus delivery for any child in need through the end of the 2019-20 academic year due to school closures for coronavirus (COVID-19).

 

Brown bag breakfast/lunch meals for youth ages 18 and younger will be offered Monday-Friday. Each Friday, breakfast/lunch meals will be provided for Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the four school sites and by bus delivery.

 

Students must be present to receive meals or the adult must present the student's school ID as proof of eligibility.

 

Here are options for receiving meals.

 

SCHOOL SITES: From 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday-Friday at these four Lexington Two schools:

 

Airport High: 1315 Boston Ave.

Cayce Elementary:  515 Bulldog Blvd.

Riverbank Elementary: 160 Cougar Drive

Pine Ridge Middle: 735 Pine Ridge Drive

 

BUS DELIVERY: Buses will deliver meals along routes established for this service. Check the schedules attached here for bus arrival/departure times. Buses stay about 10 minutes at each stop.
